At Healthy Backs Chiropractic Clinic, we are committed to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. Our focus is to improve the community’s overall quality of life by supporting their health journey.
Due to our busy lifestyles, our bodies can go through phases of discomfort, which can be due to them not functioning the way they should be. This can be due to an imbalance in our muscles, joints or the nervous system.
We look at the way your body is responding to these imbalances and provide a holistic approach to treatment. Each person present differently- so we take the time to form a tailored care strategy that supports individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing.
Our philosophy is about a healthy approach to improving wellbeing.

Chiropractic is a gentle, 'hands on' approach focused on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal complaints, with a large focus on the muscular and spinal system through a variety of manual techniques.
Anatomical structures such as joints, ligaments and muscles can give pain, and present as in many different ways. Chiropractic treatment encompasses soft tissue work, mobilisation, joint manipulation, dry needling to aid to muscular and joint restoration.
Dry Needling is a safe and effective technique using a sterile, single-use, fine filament needle inserted into a muscle to aim at permanently decreasing pain and improving function by releasing myofascial trigger points (muscle knots).
Myofascial trigger points can occur when there is muscle dysfunction due to joint restrictions, poor posture, or altered muscle function.
Rehabilitation in chiropractic is the continuing care provided to patients to allow them to further improve their musculoskeletal complaint.
Specific exercises help in maintaining care that is provided by the chiropractor, and allow individuals to take treatment into their own hands!
Our clinic has a dedicated rehabilitation room where patients have access to equipment that can be used during treatment to practice and perform their exercise prescription.
